Make Your Own Van Leewenhoek Microscope
Following the steps available here, and using commonly found materials, you will be able to construct a working microscope capable of 100X to 200X magnification. This article will also suggest and illustrate a number of interesting samples one can examine, and provide a method for calculating the magnification power of your self-made lens.
