Teaching and Research Interests
I am responsible for co-ordinating laboratories in cell biology. At the second year I design and implement the labs for Biology 200, Introduction to Cell Biology, as well as being the co-ordinator for that course. At the third year level, I am in charge of the lab for Biology 330, Principles of Cytology and for fourth year, I run the Biology 436, Cytogenetics laboratory. I am very interested in curriculum design in science and especially in laboratory education.

My research is in collaboration with Harold Kasinsky's (Zoology) research group. My contribution is in collecting, cytochemistry and microscopy. We are investigating sperm basic proteins in invertebrates and lower plants.
