General Information Course Title Topics in Botany, Directed Studies in Microscopy Credits 3 Course Overview This course provides a basic knowledge and practical skills of light/fluorescence microscopy and electron microscopy including sample preparation, image acquisition and analysis. Students interested in taking this course are encouraged to bring their own samples. This course is also offered as BIOL. 448C, 201 and is open with permission of the instructor, until enrollment of the course reaches capacity.
